Patient Story

Case 1
Preoperative marking and planning:

The deep plane face and neck lift technique is performed among the deep anatomical structures of the face. Therefore, identifying the anatomical locations of these structures and planning the procedures while the patient is in an upright position is necessary in most cases

Case 3
Doctor’s Comment:

This patient presented to me requesting a brow lift fox eye  and upper lid blepharoplasty. However, after evaluation, it became clear that the primary issue was not excess upper lid skin, but rather upper lid ptosis which the patient was not aware of. After informing the patient, we proceeded with a combination of brow lift endoscopic fox eye surgery (endoscopic  cantopexy )  and ptosis correction surgery.

It is essential to carefully assess any upper eyelid concerns during the preoperative consultation to accurately identify the main cause of the problem. A precise diagnosis is critical for achieving optimal surgical outcomes

Case 4

Hello,
One of my favorite aspects of facial rejuvenation surgery performed with the deep plane technique is the minimal scarring it leaves behind.

Unless you have very dark skin, or a history of hypertrophic scarring or keloids, the scar following a facelift is often barely visible. This is primarily due to two reasons:

  • First, we place the incision along aesthetic boundary lines, which allows for excellent camouflage.
  • Second, and most important reason is  the tension-free healing

The wound heals without tension because we anchor the SMAS–skin composite flap to firm connective tissue, transferring the entire tension away from the skin itself.

The patient shown in the first photo is only on postoperative 11th day, and already the incisions are almost invisible.
The second photo shows a patient at 3 months post-op — the scar has practically disappeared.

The third case is a male patient with short hair, shown 4 months after surgery. The incision is virtually undetectable.
And the last patient is seen at 6 months post-op, with similarly excellent scar concealment.

While I do perform endoscopic facelift techniques in younger patients who doesnt  require skin removal, in most cases, skin excision is necessary and thus a classic facelift incision is required.

However, you no longer need to afraid of  visible facelift scars — with the right techniques,
